The Project
Part of a large industrial estate on the outskirts of Milton Keynes, The Atrium is being developed for the rental market to create an exciting co-living solution.
The construction and management of this scheme has required a full strip out of the old office building and the construction of the new residential units and communal shared spaces.

Xone Kontrol were responsible for the full construction management and programme for the conversion of the Atrium office building into residential apartment units.
The units have been constructed to the highest standard with careful attention to detail and are due to be handed over to the client in December 2020.
