The Project
IconBlu, Brentford is being developed on as a conversion of the old B Sky B head office complex immediately adjacent to the Sky Studios estate. The construction contract awarded to Xone Kontrol requires the conversion of two buildings from offices to 159 residential units.
The properties at IconBlu are part of a larger scheme and offer ergonomic layouts with modern and stylish interior design and high-quality finishing.

Xone Kontrol are providing full design and build services for two of the four buildings at IconBlu, Brentford. The construction solution is highly complex owing to building accessibility and existing residents on site using the two buildings previously delivered. The final two buildings are part-completed and are due to be finished by mid-2021.
