Projects

Xone Kontrol is managing the construction across a number of projects throughout the south of England. It is delivering services including town planning, design and build, new build, conversions and refurbishments as well as overall construction management.

IconBlu, Brentford

Xone Kontrol is currently developing a part of the IconBlu scheme comprising 159 units across two buildings. There will be 143 permitted development apartments in addition to adding a new storey on each building that will house 16 additional units.

This scheme is currently under development and scheduled for completion during 2021.

Xone Kontrol has taken control of the construction of a large scheme in Brentford and will be managing the remainder of the construction work.

Bridge House, Island Blu, Uxbridge

Xone Kontrol is managing the design, build and construction of a permitted development scheme in Uxbridge. Works will take place, converting the old Xerox building into a development of 140 apartment units including 25 new build units across two storeys.

This scheme is currently under development and is scheduled for completion during 2021.

The Atrium, Milton Keynes

Xone Kontrol undertook the construction and design of a permitted development scheme converting an existing office complex into residential comprising 174 apartment units within an existing three storey building.

This scheme is now complete and will be handed over to the developer during 2020.

Mothercare, Watford

Xone Kontrol are undertaking the full design, build and construction of 141 units. The scheme is a permitted development of the old Mothercare office building in Watford including the addition of 40 new build units over two additional storeys.

This scheme is currently undergoing strip out in order to facilitate the following stage of works.
