The Project
Originally the UK headquarters of Xerox, Bridge House at IslandBlu is a scheme comprising 140 apartment units. Located on an island as you enter the town, this iconic site will mark the entrance into Uxbridge.
The properties at Bridge House are targeted at the rental market with significant demand in the area. They will be finished to a high standard with a fully inclusive specification suitable for rentals.

The Bridge House building at IslandBlu, Uxbridge was originally the offices for Xerox. This challenging building has been stripped out and the exterior cladding will be replaced in its entirety. Additionally to the conversion of the existing office space to residential units, a further two floors with 25 units will be constructed atop the building.
Enabling works have started on site and the exterior design has been recently updated to create a more aesthetically appealing and functional facade.
